If you have a specific need to display a confidentially notice when any user views a design, this is configured in Legal Notices. This is an optional configuration and allows you to display a custom message along with a link to an external page on your own corporate website.
The Legal Notice is then displayed as a footer on all designs. Although displayed, this is not included in the exported design data should a user have this ability.
