Several options control how the Licence Tester runs.
First specify the Licence Server address and TCP/IP port.
Next specify the number of client threads that will be created to connect to the Licence Server. The Min/Max Start Intervals are used to control the random time each thread is started.
Finally specify the Licence Certificates to request from the server. Each thread will request a primary licence and Max Requested secondary licences until they are exhausted.
As primary and secondary licences are exhausted from the server the client threads will no longer request them.
