Customer Management Module

Efficiently Manage Customer Data

The Customer Management Module enables you to manage every detail of your customer relationships, whether through tight integration with your business or CRM systems, or by using WEBcnx’s built-in customer management tools. This module is a core component of WEBcnx, sharing customer data with Impact to eliminate duplication and streamline operations.

By utilising task templates, you can easily streamline the sales enquiry process, capturing customer preferences such as sample requirements, warehousing capabilities, and delivery instructions. The module also allows you to view all tasks and designs associated with a customer, generate customer-specific reports, and give account managers the ability to subscribe to customers for automated task progress notifications.

Beyond individual customer management, the module also supports customer group management, allowing you to oversee group-level contacts, addresses, and multiple sites owned by the group. This ensures consistency and accuracy across all customer sites and simplifies the management of large accounts.

Key Benefits

  • Centralised Customer Data: Manage customer addresses, contacts, and delivery preferences in a single, secure location, making it easy to access and update important customer information.
  • Group Management: Administrators can manage customer groups, including group-level contacts, addresses, and multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless coordination for larger accounts.
  • Seamless Integration with Other Modules: The Customer Management Module is essential for access to other modules, including the Customer Portal Module, enabling customers to log in and view their design resources or tasks securely.

Streamline Task Creation with Task Templates

When paired with the Task and Workflow Management Module, the Customer Management Module enables the creation of Task Templates — partially completed tasks that include all of a customer’s preferences, such as sample quantities, palletisation requirements, and delivery instructions. This not only streamlines the form-filling process but also eliminates the need to ask customers repetitive questions, ensuring a more efficient workflow.

Enhance Customer Access with the Customer Portal Module

The Customer Portal Module relies on the Customer Management Module to provide secure access to customer-specific data. With this integration, customers can log into their own portal, view design resources or tasks, and manage documents with full confidence that their data is securely compartmentalised and up to date.

Free Designers’ Time with the Design Library

When integrated with the Design Library, the Customer Management Module shifts the responsibility of managing customer data from designers to customer service and sales personnel. By allowing the business team to handle customer information, designers are freed from administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on higher-value work and increasing overall productivity.

Module Dependencies

The Customer Management Module is required to use the Customer Portal Module, ensuring that customer data is managed securely and efficiently.
