The Digital Asset Management Module in WEBcnx allows users to store, manage, and access artwork and documents, including their full change history, from any location. This module makes it easy to associate documents with tasks or designs, ensuring all related files are centrally stored and accessible across your entire enterprise. With version control and change history tracking, users can manage document revisions and maintain a clear audit trail. 


Documents stored in WEBcnx are available across all connected Arden products, such as Impact CAD, and accessible throughout all Enterprise locations, ensuring that design and production teams always have the latest version of artwork or documentation. Additionally, mobile users can capture and upload product photos directly into the document repository, providing designers with clear visuals to aid in creating design briefs.
